Contract Template
A contract will be provided with each commission that is set by the artist unless otherwise stated. Failing to abide by this contract will terminate the commission and blacklist you. There will be no tolerance for scammers.
This is the general information that goes into a commission contract if you so wish to commission me.
Intro:
This Freelance Contract is entered into and made effective as of (date), by and between (Client. Company) with an office located at (address/remotely) and Nixie (Clara Cucu), KCRNixie, with an office located remotely.

Now, therefore, in consideration of the foregoing, and the mutual promises herein contained, the parties hereby agree as follows on the next tab.
Services:
This freelance artist agrees that they will remain the sole provider for the term of this project. All work will remain unique, original, and free of plagiarism.

Ways of Payment:
Payment Terms:
The commission contract may be signed, but the process for the commission will not start until 50% of the total payment is paid upfront, after the contract is made. The contract will be voided after 30 days without initial payment.
Every digital file will be stamped for the process until the final payment is received. All requested files will be sent with and without stamps after the final payment.
I will only accept digital payments through PayPal.
You are free to tip me using Ko-fi, but you may not pay the commission prices there.
I will NOT accept checks, direct deposits, or any other payment methods.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this contract at any time for any reason they deem necessary with written notice.
Upon termination of this contract, the Client will be responsible for all expenses incurred prior to contract termination.
Should the Client choose to cancel this project after the project's completion the client will remain responsible for full payment of the complete project total.
Confidentiality:
The designer hereby acknowledges they may be involved in or become aware of information that relates to the client on a personal level including information related to the client's past, future, present, customer names, marketing plans, project information, and financial documents. The designer agrees to protect all the above information and keep the information obtained confidential. However, the freelance artist will be permitted to display the final work on their website or in promotional materials.
Client Approval:
The client will be notified and must approve any and all materials prior to project finalization and submission. Furthermore, the client will have permission to accept the work and request revisions if needed.

Agreement:
By signing below*, the Parties agree they have read, understood, and will comply with the terms listed in this freelance art design contact.
